At the heart of Overland Ranch is The Silo, our sprawling clubhouse.
It’s a place where there’s always a seat at the table and a friendly face to catch up with. Here, kids play games around the indoor-outdoor fireplace, legends are made at the billiards table, and grand plans are hatched in the community room. The Hitching Post, a vintage Western-styled bar, is where lifelong bonds are formed—whether it be a casual hello that blooms into a friendship or a private party to ring in a milestone birthday.
The Silo is an extension of your home here at Overland Ranch. Break a sweat at the fitness center or stretch out road-weary muscles at a community yoga class. Fire up the grill at the outdoor pavilion, roast the perfect s’mores at one of the fire pits, or simply take in the rolling views of the prairie from a rocking chair on the porch. This is your place to laugh loudly, let loose, and come together with the people around you.

Come summertime, Overland Ranch’s pool is the place to be. Half resort-style and half lap pool, all paces of play are welcome here. Settle into a partially-submerged sunlounger with a cold drink in hand as your kids play mermaids. Climb aboard a floatie for a chilled-out afternoon. Practice your freestyle and flipturns. Or cheer on your little one as they take their first strokes in a community swim lesson.

Range
You’re never far away from a park in Overland Ranch.
To the east, in Prairie’s Edge, you’ll find a generously-sized park made for picnics. To the west lies Overland Ranch’s largest park, where the community will come together for lacrosse games or soccer tournaments. Overland Spirit Park is a stone’s throw away from The Silo, a place to catch up with friends over a game of horseshoes or bocce ball.
Over five miles of winding trails connect them all—and lead out to regional trail systems that run all the way to Southlands and the Aurora Reservoir.
