The Summit Collection steps it up further, with five designs ranging from just under 3,600 to nearly 5,000 square feet — also one ranch and four two-story plans, with select plans offering a multi-generational suite option. Both collections include a main-floor primary suite option, three to five bedrooms and bathrooms standard, and three to five-car garages in a mix of side-by-side, tandem, and courtyard configurations.
Every plan comes with five elevation choices — Mid-Century Modern, Modern, Modern Cottage, Prairie, and Farmhouse — so the streetscape at Overland Ranch will have real variety and real personality from the start.
Architecture That Stands Apart
Holly Robinson, Toll Brothers’ Director of Marketing, puts it plainly: “Our architecture will be noticeably different. We will look more luxurious.” At Toll Brothers’ price point, that’s not a boast, but a promise. The Design Studio Journey
